Shipping policy

1. Overview

IfIPromise is committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website at https://ifipromise.com and is intended for customers located within the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotional sales), processing times may be extended up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

       Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays.

       Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST may be processed the following business day.

       We do not guarantee same-day processing or shipment.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. domestic orders:

       Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.

       Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing (where available).

       Express / Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (where available).

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of IfIPromise.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, package weight, and delivery destination. Applicable rates will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

       Free shipping promotions, when active, will be applied automatically at checkout.

       Promotional free shipping thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless explicitly stated at checkout.

International shipping is not available at this time. All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the respective carrier. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

       It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information and take delivery of the package.

       If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@ifipromise.com.

7. Undeliverable, Lost & Stolen Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

       Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us at support@ifipromise.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

       Stolen packages: IfIPromise is not responsible for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement and/or carrier.

8. Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ifipromise.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Modifications to Orders

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting support@ifipromise.com. Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
